Keroro and Gundam are very popular TV animation caracter in Japan,

and their toys have many variations including "Musha".

As the KABUTO ( helmet of Yoroi armor ) of Musha-Keroro is
a little too big for android mini, I'll do some adjustment in the future. :-)

# Soldering is very interesting process.

The top of rocket unit changes its color cyclic.

As I used 3V battery, the Blue LED of Rocket turn off when the top is in Red... ;-)

How to make "Droid-armored" figures

I wote some about how to make your own custom in this blog :
sticker, LED, and servo motor, .etc.

Here, I show "how to use android mini as a costume for another figure"
with many photo, with small text. :-)

tools and materials

CAUTION:
Be careful not to hurt your hands by those tools.
If you are unfamiliar with those, ask your master !

mikuroid :
cut into some parts
The head part become a hat for Miku !
The body part become a costume for Miku !

Gundam Full armor :

Cut feets, cut head into 3
cutting pattern for head

cutting pattern for neck joint area

cutting pattern for body.
Print this image !
copy the pattern on the body,
and cut it !
If you want standing figure of armored Gundam,
fix these pieces on Gundam steady by instant adhesive.

I think almost of all 1/144 scale Gundam may be available.

for 1/144 AGE-1 Normal
for 1/144 Unicorn

If you want to play their transformation,
you should select "small" gundam. Unicorn is too big, I think.

AGE-1 Normal:
remove some parts, cut some parts,

modify to take such a pose

and, use super high technology DSP !

I decided to put a servo motor in her head.

I put a motor in her head, but,

It may be better to put all motrs in her body.

In the case of Green, I put one in the base.

These servo motors for arms are small enough to be built in her body.

Now I have to decide how to rotate ( twist ) her body.

Let's begin !

The thickness of the vinyl body is not uniform.
Some adjustment is required.

Fortunately, the blue servo motor I used at std-Green
just fits between these 2 oranges !

( Uuuuuuuum, I have to worry how to rotate her head .. )

By the way,
I can proceed rapidly using 'instant glue' and 'Primer spray'.
Fixing one part needs only 1 sec.

The white part is one of the accessories of servo motor. (included).

For his arms, 2 motors are set sticking out from his shoulder.

The 3rd motor, which rotates his head, is set under these 2,
and its axis passes through between these.

The 4th motor, which rotates his whole body, is set in the base !
